Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Nexbooth, we strive to provide exceptional service and products to our customers. We understand that sometimes plans can change, and we have established this Refund Policy to outline the conditions under which refunds may be provided.

2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • Event Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation:
    • Cancellations 30 Days Before the Event: Full refund of the booking amount.
    • Cancellations 15-29 Days Before the Event: 50% refund of the booking amount.
    • Cancellations Less Than 15 Days Before the Event: No refund will be provided.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as customizations or special orders, are non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

3. Refund Process

  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at sales@nexbooth.ae with your booking details and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be provided for services that have been partially fulfilled.

4. Changes to Your Booking

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 15 days of the event may incur additional fees.
  • Modifications: Any modifications to your booking, such as changes to the service package or additional requests, may be subject to additional charges. These changes may also affect refund eligibility.

5. Exceptions

  • Force Majeure: In the event that your booking is affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund where possible.
  • Customer Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We value your feedback and will work to address any concerns you may have. Refunds in these cases will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
