These Shipping Terms outline the conditions under which Nexbooth delivers its products and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Delivery Locations

Nexbooth delivers within the United Arab Emirates. If you require shipping outside of the UAE, please contact us at sales@nexbooth.ae to discuss special arrangements.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver our photobooth equipment and accessories within 3-5 business days after your order is confirmed.
  • Expedited Delivery: Expedited delivery options may be available upon request for an additional fee. Delivery times for expedited services will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Event Date Deliveries: For event-specific deliveries, we will ensure that the equipment is delivered on the date specified in your booking confirmation. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery location to receive the equipment.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Delivery Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be included in your order summary before payment.
  • Expedited Delivery Fees: Additional fees may apply for expedited delivery services. These fees will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

5. Delivery Acceptance

  • Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the equipment to ensure it matches your order and is in good condition. Any issues must be reported immediately to our customer service team.
  • Acceptance: By accepting the delivery, you confirm that the equipment has been received in satisfactory condition.

6. Risk of Loss

All orders are subject to the terms of our risk of loss policy, where the risk of loss and title for the equipment passes to you upon delivery.

7. Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery times, there may be unforeseen delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or logistical challenges. Nexbooth is not responsible for delays but will communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.

8. Cancellations and Changes

  • Changes to Delivery Address: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible if the order has already been dispatched.
  • Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellation fees and refund eligibility.
